- PRODUCTION FACILITIES
In addition to digital transmission and broadcast facilities, ECG offers creative and post-channel production services for television and radio broadcast clients globally. Services include on-site dubbing (both existing and new creative for use on multiple channels), overseas resources (talent) and commerical production.

- TRANSMISSON
Ethnic Channels Group owns and operates a satellite earth station (uplink) facilities located in Toronto, Canada. The Toronto Network Control Centre – NCC is a fully equipped transmission facility with multiple operating C Band and Ku Band domestic and international satellite earth station.
- INTERNATIONAL FIBRE CONNECTIVITY
Ethnic Channels Group operates Multiple and Single carrier fibre platforms on the Telia Carrier Backbone capacity. The capacity provides for transmission link from Europe to North America. Ethnic Channels Group maintains full-time capacity from Haninge/Stockholm, Sweden (Telia Carriers POP), with occasional capacity from London, England and Torino, Italy. Direct connectivity is available from Europe to North Americawith direct access to Bell fibre and broadcast swtich centres.
Ethnic Channels Group provides the distribution of multiple international language services on Canadian Cable and Satellite Providers.
- PROGRAMMING DISTRIBUTION AND PLAYBACK CENTRE
The Ethnic Channels Group Network Control Centre – NCC is equipped with complete analogue and MPEG II digital receiving equipment, the latest television digital delay and storage facilities, electronic news gathering systems, editing and program insertion suites, and post-production digital editing facillities.
- DISTRIBUTION
Ethnic Channels Group is the first company to operate specialized international language programming, targeting ethnic expatriates living in Canada and providing premium full-time television programming in their native languages. Access to live news, sports entertainment and information supports these recent Canadians in maintaining their native culture, while integrating them into Canadian society.

- CALL CENTRE
In order to provide complete and successful marketing and distribution of our many international language services, we have created a unique “in-language” telephone Call Centre. Our International Call Centre permits Ethnic Channels Group to provide the necessary information to support customers by providing “in-language customer service, program information, technical assistance and installation.
